Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all contracts concerning the delivery of goods that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter “Customer”) concludes with the seller, regarding the goods presented in the seller’s online shop. The inclusion of the customer’s own terms and conditions is hereby objected to, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
1.2 The same GTC apply to contracts for the delivery of vouchers, unless stated otherwise.
1.3 A “consumer” is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity. An “entrepreneur” is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who/which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Product descriptions in the seller’s online shop do not constitute binding offers; they serve to enable the customer to submit a binding offer.
2.2 The customer can make an offer using the online order form integrated into the seller’s shop. After placing items in the virtual shopping cart and completing the electronic ordering process, clicking the final confirmation button submits a legally binding offer for the items in the cart. Offers can also be made by email.
2.3 The seller may accept the offer within five days by:
The contract is concluded when the first of these occurs. The acceptance period begins the day after the offer is submitted and ends at the end of the fifth day. No acceptance within this period means refusal, and the customer is no longer bound by the offer.

3. Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days, provided the goods are not discounted items.
3.2 Detailed information about the right of withdrawal can be found in the seller’s withdrawal policy.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 Unless stated otherwise, prices include statutory VAT. Additional delivery/shipping costs are stated separately.
4.2 For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs (e.g. bank fees or import duties) may be charged and are the customer’s responsibility.
4.3 Payment methods are shown in the shop.
4.4–4.6 [Payment via PayPal, SOFORT, Klarna in detail—same structure as original]
5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
5.1 Goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
5.2 If the carrier returns the goods due to failed delivery and the customer is responsible, the customer bears the return costs. This doesn’t apply if the customer was temporarily unable to receive the goods, unless the seller had notified them in advance. Return shipping during valid withdrawal is handled per the withdrawal policy.
5.3 Self-collection is not possible due to logistics.
5.4 Vouchers are delivered by email and/or mail.
6. Retention of Title
The seller retains ownership of delivered goods until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty
7.1 Statutory liability for defects applies.
7.2 Customers must report obvious transport damage to the carrier and notify the seller. Failure to report does not affect statutory rights.
8. Special Conditions for Processing Goods Per Customer Specifications
8.1 If the contract includes processing according to the customer’s specs, the customer must provide the necessary content (texts, images) in the required format and grant usage rights. The customer guarantees they have the rights to transfer such content.
8.2 The customer indemnifies the seller for claims by third parties arising from the use of customer content and bears legal defense costs, except in case of seller fault.
8.3 The seller may refuse processing content that is unlawful or offensive.
9. Special Conditions for Installation/Assembly
9.1 The seller or qualified personnel (including subcontractors) perform installation. There is no entitlement to specific personnel.
9.2 The customer must provide necessary information truthfully.
9.3 After contract conclusion, the seller schedules the service, and the customer must grant access to the premises at the agreed time.
10. Redemption of Promotional Vouchers
10.1–10.10 Promotional vouchers issued for free during campaigns can only be redeemed online within the specified period and for eligible products, typically one per order. They may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
11. Redemption of Gift Vouchers
11.1–11.8 Purchased gift vouchers are valid online unless otherwise stated. They must be redeemed pre-order, do not expire until the end of the third year after purchase, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Applicable Law
Contracts are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding UN sales law. For consumers, this applies only if not reducing protections afforded by mandatory consumer law in their country.
13. Jurisdiction
If the customer is a merchant, public law entity, or special fund in Germany, the exclusive jurisdiction is the seller’s registered office. With customer domiciled outside Germany, the same applies if the contract relates to their business activity. The seller may also bring action at the customer’s location.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution
14.1 The EU platform for online dispute resolution is:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
14.2 The seller is neither obligated nor willing to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings.
